rich with history
The Mas in Provence has been named after the nearby
forest covering 1700 hectares and bordering the domain. Built in the 16th
century, it was originally a magnanery, breeding silk worms.
The estate spans over 35 hectares and offers a 360 view of the olive fields, vineyards, truffle oaks, lavander and the Valbonne Forest, well known for its remarkable diversity of trees, making it a quiet and beatiful sight. The vineyard was still the main activity a few years ago.

The buildings from the 16th century includes multiple houses, alcoves and passages, hidden corners and two nice places giving it the feeling of a village center.

large main Mas offering a master wedding bedroom, 4 premium lodges and 5 nice independant rooms.

You can book all the locations in the estate (lodges, barns, caves, garden, swimming pool, petanque playground, …) for your private usage.
This authentic location where you will feel right at home is the ideal setting for your reception, to bring your friends and family together. Religious or civil ceremony, cocktail, diner, dancing party, brunch, … multiple spaces are available for each moment of your wedding.

Location
The historic villages
The estate is bordered by the Valbonne Forest and only a few kilometers away from the old medieval town of Pont Saint Esprit, the gateway to the Provence and Ardeche Gorges. The village of Saint-Paulet-de-Caisson is in a landscape of vines and mediterranean vegetation of green oaks, garrigue and lavander.
Typical historic Provence and Ceze valley villages like La Roque sur Cèze, Aiguèze, Montclus are a few kilometers away.
The closest larger cities are Avignon, Montelimar, Nimes and Orange.

At the Domaine de Valbonne, we offer accomodation for 56 people, 20 luxury rooms, 14 bathrooms, 19 toilets.
The main mas is very large and cosy, with a chimney and the “Grande suite des mariés”.
All of the 4 gîtes offer a living room, a kitchen corner and a beautiful private terrace.
Alongside are 5 luxurious rooms to host your closest friends or family.

to receive your guests.
In 2021, we have made numerous improvements and new settings in a cammpagne-chic spirit. New dedicated spaces have been designed to create multiple atmospheres, allowing you to make your dream event come true.
